Be the pin they tap first when they are already in the car

The Map Pack is the little map with three results that sits above everything else on a “near me” search. For a venue selling a Saturday, it is the most valuable real estate on the internet — and it is won on things most farms have never been told to fix.

Twenty minutes, nothing to prepare. You leave with a written plan whether you hire us or not. Month-to-month, always — no contract running through your season.

You will recognise this

The three things owners tell us before they call

Your name works. Nothing else does.

Search the farm by name and you are everywhere. Search what you actually sell — corn maze, pumpkin patch, lights — and you are nowhere. That gap is the whole problem.

Three pins, and none of them are you.

The map shows three results. A family taps one of them, usually the first. If you are the fourth, you are not in a worse position, you are in no position.

Your hours are wrong somewhere.

The site says one thing, the profile says another, the ticketing page says a third. An assistant that cannot reconcile them will not confidently recommend you.

What we actually do

What we actually do, in the order it works

  1. 01

Audit the profile against the searches you wantWeek 1

Not a checklist score. We pull the queries families in your drive radius actually type, then grid-scan where you rank on each of them from different points around your county.

  2. 02

    Rebuild the profile itselfWeek 1–2

Categories, services, attributes, the description, the booking link, and photos that look like your place rather than a stock field. Most profiles are missing half the fields that decide the ranking.

  3. 03

Fix every place your facts disagreeWeek 2

Hours, address, phone, season dates and ticket links, made identical across your site, your profile, your ticketing page and the directories that feed them.

  4. 04

Turn on a review flow that survives the season

A way to ask that fits a gate queue — not an email sequence written for a software company. Reviews are the one ranking factor that compounds and the one nobody keeps up.

Red apples still on the branch in mid-season

Not sure this is your bottleneck?

Then let us look first. The audit is the same twenty minutes whether you end up needing this, one of the other two, or none of them — and we will say so.

What you get

Everything that is actually included

Proof

They had a site nobody could find. Now they rank across Gaylord for the searches that fill a weekend — above the state tourism board.

Questions

What owners ask us about this

How long before I show up in the Map Pack?

Profile work shows movement in days to a few weeks. Ranking in a competitive county takes a season, because reviews and consistency compound. Anyone promising the top three in a fortnight is guessing.

I already have a Google listing. Isn't that enough?

Having one and being ranked by one are different things. Most profiles we open are missing categories, services, attributes and a booking link — the fields Google actually reads.

Do you need access to my Google account?

Yes, as a manager on the Business Profile. You keep ownership, and you can remove us in two clicks at any time.

What if I only open eight weekends a year?

That is the normal case here, and it changes the plan rather than ruling it out. Seasonal hours, event posts and the review push all get timed to your gate opening, not to a calendar quarter.
